Margarita Moshe is an accomplished attorney, founder of The Injury Group, and a woman whose journey reflects resilience, courage, and purpose. After building a successful career in healthcare, she made the bold decision to pursue law, earning her degree while balancing business, family, and motherhood. Today, she represents clients during some of the most challenging moments of their lives, combining professional strength with deep empathy.

Beyond her legal work, Margarita is dedicated to mentorship and community impact. Through her podcast, Beyond the Bar, she supports and guides aspiring legal professionals, while also actively giving back through community initiatives.

Yelena Kalendareva is a true example of a modern womangracefully balancing family, ambition, and purpose. As a devoted wife and mother of many, she has built a thriving career while remaining fully present in her children’s lives, even bringing her babies to red carpet events so she could continue nursing while pursuing her professional commitments.

Yelena is the founder of Aneley Cosmetics and the owner of a successful hair salon, with experience in the beauty industry since 2007. Her impact has earned her global recognition, including Entrepreneur of the Year from the Global Woman Club in 2022, being named one of 100 Women Entrepreneurs to Watch in 2024, and receiving two awards for speaking at women’s empowerment conferences in Paris.

Networking worldwide, Yelena uses her platform to uplift others. Since 2023, she has mentored Bukharian women, helping them grow in business while balancing family life. She actively gives back by organizing fundraising initiatives through calendars at her local congregation, teaching classes for nonprofit organizations at no cost, and consistently donating makeup and financial support to multiple causes.

Yelena credits much of her strength and success to her parents and her husband, who have been her greatest supporters throughout her journey. Their unwavering encouragement has allowed her to dream bigger, overcome challenges, and build a life rooted in purpose, resilience, and meaningful impact for others.

Tzivia Kay aka Tatyana Khanimov is a devoted mother of four, a warm-hearted woman with a sincere desire to bring love, healing, and peace into the world. She beautifully blends creative expression with healing practices, inspiring others through her voice, her hands, her faith, and her kindness.

Tzivia discovered her love for music at an early age. Her songs, which she believes are divinely inspired, fill hearts with light and help bring people closer to Hashem.

Tzivia has released two original music albums and several music videos.

A fun fact: in addition to her inspirational and healing work, she is also an actress who has been nominated for her villain roles in Dream Catch Studios.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Russian and English Literature and Education. She is also a licensed massage therapist with certifications in various modalities, including aromatherapy and other holistic methods, and is herbology in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Tanya’s Apothecary, created by Tzivia, is a sanctuary for mind, body, and soul, where she offers natural and personalized wellness practices.

Beyond her professional work, she is actively involved in her community. She leads the women’s initiative A Woman of Valor, runs a Tehillim group, and organizes uplifting events in collaboration with Shem Tov Congregation and other community efforts, supporting and empowering women.

Above all, Tzivia’s greatest calling is her family. As a loving wife and mother, she strives to lead by example with faith, strength, and devotion. Her mission is to bring joy, love, and healing into the world with Hashem’s guidance.



Regina Ibragimov

Regina Ibragimov is a woman whose life reflects resilience, faith, and unwavering determination. With the steadfast support of her parents and in-laws, she remained deeply committed to her education and successfully completed nursing school. That season was one of the most difficult in her life, yet it profoundly shaped the woman she is today.

Because of these experiences, Regina feels a deep and genuine connection to women – especially mothers – who are navigating difficult seasons. She offers encouragement, shares her story with honesty and compassion, and reminds others that even in the darkest moments, it is possible to persevere, rebuild, and create a beautiful and meaningful life for their children.

Today, Regina skillfully balances a thriving career in healthcare with motherhood and her entrepreneurial pursuits. She uses her platform not only to grow professionally, but to uplift and empower other women. She is passionate about helping others prioritize their well-being, build confidence, and strive toward financial independence.

Born in Samarkand and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Miriam Ilyayev discovered her love for singing at a young age. After marrying in 2005 and moving to Crown Heights, New York, she became part of the Russian-speaking community where an impromptu performance at a bridal shower unexpectedly opened the door to her musical journey.

Today, Miriam touches hearts with her soulful voice and deeply personal story. For years, she has led the musical program for the Russian Junior Nshei Chabad (RJNC) in Crown Heights and continues to uplift audiences across the tri-state area with warmth, authenticity, and connection.

Everything Miriam does is guided by compassion and real-life understanding. She is also a co-founder of the MaMi Meals Project under RJNC, supporting families after childbirth, and the “Take Me Home Baby Packages,” providing essentials and personalized prayer books for newborns.

For the past 13 years, Miriam has been walking a profound and ongoing journey raising a child with a complex medical condition, including g-tube dependence and a tracheostomy. Since July 2025, her child has remained hospitalized an experience that has deepened her faith, strength, and perspective in unimaginable ways.

Inspired by her original song “Queen of Fun,” Miriam shares a powerful message: while we cannot control the challenges life sends us, we can choose our response. She encourages every woman to rise, to find light within the darkness, and to become the “Queen of Fun” of her own life choosing to thrive, persevere, and live with faith and joy.

Professionally, Zina brings over 26 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her creative journey began in childhood, inspired by a love of music, dance, and artistic expression. After immigrating to Israel, she trained under a distinguished Moscow-based makeup artist - an experience that ignited her lifelong passion for the art of beauty. Continuing her career in New York, Zina refined her craft and earned a reputation for creating elegant, timeless looks, particularly for weddings and special occasions. Over the years, she has developed a signature approach that combines elegance, sensitivity, and a genuine care for every woman she works with. For her, beauty is not only about appearance, but about helping women feel confident and radiant.

Deeply committed to her community, Zina is actively involved in programs at Beth Gavriel Synagogue and Ohel Simcha Shul. She generously dedicates her time to helping others, including her meaningful work in shidduchim, where she guides individuals in building strong, loving families. Through her warmth, wisdom, and dedication, Zina Akilova continues to uplift those around her, embodying the values she holds most dear.

I am the founder of Beauty Junkie Salon in New York, where I specialize in advanced, customized hair treatments. My greatest accomplishment is the Beauty Junkie Facebook, created in 2015 and grown into a powerful network community of over 50,000 women. This community is a place of support, education, and inspiration, where women uplift one another through their shared love of self-care.

Above all, I am a proud wife and mother of four. My husband’s unwavering support and my children are the foundation of everything I do. They inspire me daily to continue growing, creating, and giving back to others. This nomination is not just a personal achievement - it represents my family, my loyal clients, and the incredible Beauty Junkie community. I am also deeply committed to giving back to my community. Together with my husband, we proudly support and donate to several organizations, including Chai Lifeline. On a personal level, I use my skills to make a difference by offering my services to women battling cancer and to single mothers who are unable to afford hair treatments. Being able to uplift and empower women through my work is one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.
