«Ladies’ World» – monthly, glossy paged and the only magazine in Russian about unique women of  Bukharian Jewish community and beyond. The magazine has been published since 1999 with support of Bukharian Jewish Congress of USA and Canada. The printed copies are distributed throughout New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, Vienna (Austria) and Israel. The electronic version is around the world via emails, website and Facebook.

 

Editor-in-Chief - Dr. Zoya Maksumova, president of Woman Organization «Esther a Malka»:
The world of women is the whole universe, which consists of many worlds. And one of them is the life of women of the Bukharian-Jewish community. The magazine «Ladies' World» is a publication of the non-profit women's organization «Esther a Malka», and it attempts to reflect the entire spectrum of the Bukharian Jewish women, including their diverse attributes and interests. In this way, «Ladies’ World» contributes to the preservation of our culture and traditions, while responding to the social problems that arise in community life as well as in Jewish families. Both the organization and the magazine support all community events aimed at developing Jewish culture and education.
