Beauty, intelligence, strength, and
inner harmony—all of this describes Oksana Kats, the face of our October issue,
whose warm smile and enigmatic gaze immediately draw attention.
This is the story of a woman who
managed to uncover her divine power even in the most difficult times. Today,
she helps others find inner strength, fill their lives with joy, and build a
future rooted in love.
For me, this conversation is
especially meaningful: Oksana Kats is not only a professional, she is also my
sister. I have witnessed her personal transformation and the support she now
offers to people and society. That is why I wanted to conduct this interview.
Oksana Kats is a quantum healer and
creator of the authorial method Light of the Soul. Behind her name
stands not only a wealth of knowledge but also a profound personal experience
of transformation. She is a certified numerologist, neuro-numerologist,
regressionist, energy coach, and specialist in subconscious work,
neuropsychology, family constellations, and psychosomatics. Oksana has lived
through each of these practices herself, which is why her method is not
abstract theory but living practice that helps people see the deeper causes of
their struggles and regain self-confidence.
–
Oksana, how did life’s challenges
help you find your path, discover, and reveal your gift?
– We both remember what our parents,
Anatoly and Svetlana Niyazov, went through. When our father fell gravely ill,
our mother, to save her husband and family, urgently brought us to America in
1988. Our parents endured many hardships, but their mutual love, respect, and
devotion to the family helped them overcome. Her courage, faith, and
determination became a lifelong example for me.
I, too, had to go through my own
difficulties, but their experience taught me not to break, but to transform
pain into a resource and to see it as a step toward growth. Gradually, this led
me to psychology, subconscious work, and spiritual practices. That’s how my
authorial method Light of the Soul was born.
–
How does Light of the Soul work,
and what makes it special?
– It is a path of gently returning to oneself, uncovering the depth of the soul, and finding inner support. It unfolds in several stages:
Gratitude. Everything begins with appreciation for our parents and ancestors. By accepting their strength and experience, we regain stability.
Open heart. From gratitude comes love—for oneself, the world, and God. A person realizes they are never alone on their path.
Honesty with oneself. With the strength of the heart, we remove our masks and admit to ourselves what truly hurts. This is the moment of truth.
Acceptance of challenges. Difficulties stop being punishments and become lessons that guide us toward growth.
New choice. By recognizing old patterns, we let go of fears and rewrite them into new states—strength, joy, and trust in life.
Living with an open heart. One realizes that inner energy has always been present. Now they live consciously, from the depth of the soul, sharing warmth with children, family, and the world.
–
You call yourself a quantum healer.
Can you explain in simple words what that means?
– A quantum healer is a guide who
helps a person go deeper beyond their thoughts and emotions. The soul chooses
its experiences, and each challenge comes as a lesson. All knowledge and
strength are given to us by the Creator, but the body and mind often forget
this.
My role is to illuminate a person’s
path, to help them see meaning in their trials and discover inner resources.
The methods I studied, together with divine gifts, help unlock the “codes of
the soul” and remind people that the whole world begins with them. The source
of strength is already within each of us—my task is to help people connect to
it.
–
What was the turning point when you realized,
‘This is my calling’?
– I stopped blaming others and began
to look honestly within. I noticed recurring situations and realized they were
all lessons.
When I took off the masks and saw my
true self, I felt an inner light stronger than any pain. I went through the
same practices I now share with others: working through fears, grievances, and
hurt.
A crucial part of it was gratitude.
We both know our parents were always deeply appreciative of their lineage. That
was the moment I understood: hardships are not punishments, but opportunities
for growth.
–
Why does society especially need
your therapy today?
– The world is going through hard
trials: wars, violence, addictions, divorces, and depression. People lose touch
with themselves and their families. Children grow up in anxiety, and adults
don’t live—they merely survive.
My work helps reveal the roots of
these crises—personal wounds and generational traumas—and heal them from
within. When a person regains inner strength, they stop passing pain to others.
I believe that if each of us opens our hearts and learns to live with
gratitude, we can create a world with less fear and more trust. Every one of us
can become the beginning of a new story.
–
Have you ever literally changed or
saved someone’s life?
– Many times. One of the most vivid
cases was a 13-year-old girl on the verge of suicide, with cuts already on her
hands. Her desperate mother sought my help. Since she was a teenager, the main
work was with the mother—through subconscious and energy practices.
As the mother began to change, the
child’s world transformed too. The girl stopped harming herself, improved her
studies, lost excess weight, restored her relationships with peers, and, most
importantly, regained her sense of purpose in life.
There are countless similar stories
in my practice. This case is especially telling: when we work on ourselves, we
help not only ourselves but also those around us—especially our children.
–
You yourself are a mother of four
and a grandmother of seven. How does your family experience shape your work?
– My family became my greatest
university, and my four children and seven grandchildren - my wise teachers.
With them, I learned unconditional love, patience, letting go, joy, and
strength, even when I thought I had none left.
I often compare family to a tree: if
the roots are nourished with love and gratitude, it grows strong and bears
healthy, happy fruit. Even if one lacks that foundation in their family, a
person can learn to nourish their own roots, fill themselves with light, and
pass it on.
I, too, went through difficult times
- fatigue, nights of tears, guilt, conflicts, and pain in relationships. But
that made me deeper and taught me true compassion. Now I know: a child’s
happiness begins with the mother’s happiness. When a woman finds harmony within
herself, the atmosphere at home changes, relationships fill with warmth, and
children blossom.
That is why today I am not just a
specialist but a guide who can say: “I’ve been there. I know how much it hurts.
But I also know there is a way out.”
–
If one of our readers is standing at
a crossroads, where should they begin?
– Pause and look inside yourself:
where is the greatest pain right now - in family, work, health, or soul? When
we face the truth, the Creator opens new doors. My Light of the Soul
method helps uncover the root of difficulties, release the past, and find inner
light.
Now is the best time to take a step
forward—without fear or pain—to let in joy and turn your story into a source of
strength.
